Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over $100.00 in the US and Canada and $5.00 off actual shipping costs for International buyers.

All orders ship 24 to 48 hours after receipt of cleared payment. Some even same day. I monitor email most of the day and can many times ship same day if you need it.

US and Canadian buyers ship by USPS 1st Class Mail or USPS International 1st Class at $2.00 for the first item and only $.50 for each additional item. Orders shipping to the US are automatically upgraded to Priority mail if shipping reaches $5.00. (7 items)

International buyers, due to the much higher shipping costs to international locations, I’ve had to increase the International First Class to $5.00 for the first item and $.75 for each additional item. However, any overcharge for shipping is always refunded. Please remember that International 1st Class is not trackable or insurable. Please email me if you would like to upgrade your shipping method at actual cost. (USPS shipping costs are right on my labels.)

Large orders, please email me prior to paying to obtain actual cost shipping. Excessive shipping charged by the system is always refunded! If it fits in a $5.00 box it always ships for $5.00!

FedEx overnight and FedEx International available. Most US address’s ship for $6.00 to $9.00. Email me your address for exact cost.

Simple and Straightforward Return Policy
Return your items in as-sent condition with a postmark no more than seven days from receipt of your item for a 100%, no-questions-asked refund.

If you find you must return the beads after seven days, I offer a store credit for 100% of the purchase price, valid for six months from issue date.

Sales Tax
We are a Pennsylvania company. Sales tax of 6% is charged on all orders shipping to Pennsylvania address.
